TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or purchasing from Checklist Apparel, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS
All products are custom DTF printed designs onto our 250gsm heavyweight t-shirt.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in [CAD/USD] and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

ORDERS
Once an order is placed, production may begin immediately. Depending on how many orders have been made before you, it could take up to 9 days before shipment. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Checklist Apparel is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
