All sales at Checklist Apparel are considered FINAL.
Because our products are custom-printed apparel made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [YOUR EMAIL] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds for sizing or preference.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
International and cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, or customs fees charged by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost. Checklist Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot refund them.
