PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

SHIPPING TIME
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

DUTIES & CUSTOMS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Our T-Shirts are manufactured outside of North America but DTF pressed inside. All orders shipped to the United States are subject to U.S. import duties (typically 15–20% of the order value), collected by the carrier before or upon delivery. These duties are separate from your order total and shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to pay any duties or customs fees required to receive your shipment. Refusal to pay does not qualify for a refund.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Checklist Apparel is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility. For lost packages, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
