Washing

Every Checklist Apparel piece is built to last. Care for it like one. Cold water, inside out, low heat. That is the whole routine.

  1. 01

    Wash cold, inside out

    Machine wash at 30°C / 90°F max with similar colours. Inside out keeps the print off the drum and away from other garments.

  2. 02

    Gentle detergent only

    No bleach. No fabric softener. Softener coats the fibres and dulls the graphic over time.

  3. 03

    Tumble low or hang

    Low heat, or hang to dry. High heat is what cracks a print and shrinks a heavyweight tee.

  4. 04

    Iron low, never on the graphic

    Iron or steam inside out on a low setting. Do not press directly over the print.

  5. 05

    Do not dry clean

    Solvents break down the ink bond. Skip it entirely.

Our graphics are bonded to the fabric under heat, not painted on top of it. Heat and friction are the only two things that wear a print down, and every step above removes one of them. Keep to the routine and the colours stay as loud as day one.

To preserve the fabric, fit, and print quality of your garment, follow these steps:

  1. Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), inside out, with similar colours
  2. Use a gentle detergent — avoid bleach and fabric softeners
  3. Tumble dry low heat or hang to dry
  4. Iron, steam, or dry on low heat only
  5. Do not iron directly over printed graphics

Following these steps will keep the fabric, fit, and print true for the life of the piece.
